No programming knowledge is required at all. |

The major advantage is price: You get a high quality design for just a fraction of the costs normally taken to
engage a professional to design a site. You don't have to hire a web designer or web design studio.
Second advantage is the time saved: It usually takes 7-15 days for a good designer to produce a web
page of such quality. At Design Depot, you're looking at no more than a few working days.

Do I need to download any programs to use my website template? |
| |
No. If you are engaging us to create your website for you, all you need is to be able to email the working
materials (copy in word .doc format, any images, etc.) and Internet access to preview your site when it is
ready.
If you are purchasing a website template only, then you will need to have design software like Dreamweaver or
Photoshop in order to customize the site with your logo, copy and images.

The first draft of your website, from the time we receive full copy and images should take no more than 48 hours.
For the other services, this will depend on the size of your database and readiness of your marketing material. We will advise you of expected time lines when we receive your request for service.

Design Depot will always endeavour to deliver your first draft upon receipt of all your materials within 48 hours. Should investigations into any complaint show that we have been negligent in any way, we will offer a discount of up to 10% of the quoted price. |

After you complete the payment via our secure form you will receive a confirmation email with links to download your template. |

Yes, the payment for your template is a one-time fee without any additional charges. After purchasing you may use the template as many times as you need for one website. |

If you make changes to the template on your own, it's free. If you want us to input new images and new text for you, the package pricing follows as 5 pages for $499, 10 pages for $899, and 20 pages for $1,499.
If you need us to change the template design itself, then there is a charge ranging from $500 - $1,000 depending on the complexity of the changes |

Resell or redistribute templates (like we do).
Claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of content providing companies and individuals.
Make more than one project using the same template (you have to purchase the same template once more in order to make another project with the same design).

We offer copywriting services as well as the rental of extra images. Include a request for these services on your quote. |

| |
Flash enables smooth animation. In general html sites will look more static. Animation is possible using 'animated GIFs', but these have a jerky feel to it. However html sites are easier to maintain for a non-expert. |

Our templates do not include any additional scripts. However, when you engage us to design and populate your site using one of our templates, we will ensure that whatever search/drop down menus already work. For advanced programming, please contact us. |

For a start you will need to submit your site to the Yahoo! Directory at http://add.yahoo.com/fast/add. The standard service is free. Follow their step-by-step instructions. Search engines like Google do not require you to do any submissions. |

| |
Check to see if the problem is specific to your website.
If other websites are also slow, then chances are that there is an infrastructure problem. You'll just have to
wait the problem out. If only your site is slow, then most likely you have very big files on your website.
Check you image size. (mouse over your image, right click and see how many kb it is. File sizes greater than
100kb will take long to download).

You will need to register a domain name and sign up for hosting services. We can help you with it. |

At a minimum you will need to put in your own text into the website. If you like the images, you can maintain them.
If you engage us to make the changes, you may change the images, background colour and text. |

If you would like to proceed with the service, simply sign on the quotation and fax it back to us.

Since Design Depot is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped,
which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing any article at our site. Please make sure that you've
carefully read 'sources available' section. We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be
not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned.
The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the delivery date.

Yes. It is perfect for designers who want to offer their customers a high-quality design and also save time and money. Mind that when you purchase the template with oridnary or exclusive licence you're entitled to create only one project (one domain name). |
