Design Depot Website Template Terms of Use
   
1. Important Information
  You should carefully read the following Terms and Conditions. Your purchase or use of our products implies that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
   
2. License
 
Our website grants you non-exclusive limited license to use the web templates and other products sold through our web site by independent content providers (the "products") in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the "license") issued by our company.
a. Limited Usage Granted
  You may use each individual product on a single website only, belonging to either you or your client. You have to purchase the same template once more in order to make another project with the same design.

All imagery and fonts used in our templates are royalty-free and are the integral part of our products. Limited-usage License gives you the right to use images and fonts only as a part of the particular website template. Separate usage/distribution is prohibited.
b. Modifications
  You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes.
c. Unauthorized Use
  You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from our company.
d. Assignability
  You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from Design Depot.
e. Ownership
  You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from Design Depot.
   
3. Our Refund Policy
  Since Design Depot is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing any article at our site. Please make sure that you've carefully read 'sources available' section. We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the delivery date.
   
4. Antifraud Check
  Customer purchase can be suspended for manual antifraud check for 10-20 minutes as well as it can be suspended for longer term (around 20 hours) for more serious investigation. Antifraud check occurs because of growing number of fraud transactions from persons who are not actual cardholders of the credit cards used during purchase.

Our company reserves the right to change or modify current Terms with no prior notice.
Technical Support Policy
   
1. Scope of technical support
 
Design Depot shall be responsible for isolating all problems that a customer may encounter with our services.
Design Depot shall escalate the problems to relevant parties (eg software, hardware or network) for resolution where necessary.
 
The Scope of technical support shall exclude any third party software or products installed by the customer and are not part of Design Depot’s services.
 
Notwithstanding the above, any programming, debugging or investigation requests of any third party software installed by the customer and are not a part of Design Depot's services shall also be excluded from the Scope of Technical Support .
   
2. Support Hours
 
Customer shall report any problems pertaining to our services to Design Depot via phone or thru the Contact Us page.
Support hours shall be from Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm) only.
   
3. Response Time
 
Design Depot shall respond to Customer’s request according to the severity of the problems as follows:
 
a) Problem with high customer impact (website or service unavailable) – Design Depot shall respond within 4 working hours and shall strive to resolve the problem within 1 working day.
b) Problem with medium customer impact (slow performance/response time) – Design Depot shall respond within 1 working day and shall strive to resolve the problem within 2 working days.
 
c) Problem with low customer impact (non-service issues) – Design Depot shall respond within 1 working day and shall strive to resolve the problem within 3 working days.
Domain Registration Policy
   
1. Domain Registration Policy
 
 
Design Depot shall make best effort to register your preferred domain name as a value-added service for our hosting customer.
Design Depot shall not be responsible for the success of the new domain name registration if the information requested by the relevant Network Information Centre (“NIC”) is not provided by the customer or is not accurate.
 
Design Depot shall not be responsible for domain name availability.
2. Domain name registration fees
 
Domain name registration, renewal and re-instatement fees are imposed by the relevant NICs or registrars upon the customer. These fees are separate from Design Depot’s hosting fees.
   
3. Domain name renewal or re-instatement
 
Customer is responsible for renewing their domain names by making timely payments to the relevant NICs or registrars and adhering to the relevant NICs’ terms and conditions.
   
4. Domain name modification and contact information
 
While Design Depot will assist with domain name modification, Design Depot shall not be responsible for the successful completion of any modifications.
Design Depot does not assist with DNS modifications if customer no longer subscribes to Design Depot's hosting service.
 
Design Depot shall not be responsible for the modification of any domain name contact details.
   
Billing Policy
   
1. Payment currency and method
 
Payment is accepted in Singapore Dollars only.
Payment is accepted in the following methods:
 
 
a) Money orders
b) Cheques
   
  Payment shall be made payable to Design Depot Pte Ltd.
   
2. Payment term and late charges
 
 
Customer is responsible for ensuring that payments for outstanding invoices are received by Design Depot on or before the Due Date as stated in the invoices. Any account that is past due is subject to service suspension. A reinstatement fee equivalent to the one-time setup fee will be applied to any suspended services over and above the normal charges of the services rendered.
For first time customers, service will only be activated after successful receipt of and credit of payment
 
All invoices are to be paid within 30 days of the invoice date, failing which a later charge of 0.5% per month, or part thereof, will be levied on the outstanding invoice.
   
3. Communication
 
 
Design Depot assumes no responsibility for any non-delivery of invoices or reminders. All invoices and reminders shall be deemed to be sent out:
   
 
a) if by mail, by properly addressing, prepaying and posting the invoice/reminder via SingPost normal mail.
b) if by email, by properly inputting the customer's e-mail address on record, and noting that the email has been sent out without any delivery failure notification.
   
4. Minimum payment period
 
 
All accounts/services are activated for a minimum 1 month period.
   
5. Cancellation of services
 
 
Customer shall submit termination of service request with 30 days prior notice via e-mail to Design Depot or via the "Contact Us” form on Design Depot website.
